    申請條件：

    (1)申請人為自然科學或工程技術領域👨🏼‍✈️，年齡不超過40周歲。

    (2)申請人具有世界一流大學博士學位並有連續3年以上海外科研工作經歷，在學科前沿領域開展創新性研究🧛🏻‍♀️，取得重要的研究成果，表現出很強的學術潛力，達到世界一流大學助理教授水平🥈🙏🏻。對特別優秀的海外博士💌，可以突破任職年限限製，破格引進🙍🏽‍♀️。

    2🧑‍⚕️、薪酬待遇及支持條件

    (1)學校將為入選者提供150萬元住房津貼和安家費（含入選國家青年千人計劃所獲國家和上海市資助），不低於37萬元年薪，入選者所在院系另有配套支持；對於未入選青年千人但特別優秀者，學校將提供有競爭力的薪酬待遇和工作條件🔰。

    Established in 1896 and located in Shanghai – one of the most vital cities around the world, Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU) is one of the most historic and prestigious universities in China.

    1.Recruiting Object, Post and Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    (1) Applicants should be under the age of 40 and major in fields of Natural Science or Engineering Technology.

    (2) Applicants should hold doctorate degree of world-class universities and have over 3 consecutive years’ academic work experience in overseas renowned institutions, carry out innovative research in academic foreland, acquire important achievements, display strong academic potentials and reach the level of Assistant Professors in world-class universities. (For the extremely outstanding scholars who have obtained adoctorate overseas, the requirement on length of overseas work experience could be reduced.)

    2. Compensation Package and Supporting Policies

    (1) SJTU will provide a housing benefits of RMB 1.5million (including allowance from the National and Shanghai Municipal Governments). The annual salary will be no less than RMB 370,000, and the college will provide extra supporting funds. For the excellent young talents that haven’t been selected in the “Thousand Talents Program”, SJTU will still provide competitive compensation package and working conditions.

    (2) SJTU will match 1:1 pro rata to the research fund from the national government. SJTU will also provide special quotas for talents to recruit doctoral students. Besides, sufficient scientific research fund, laboratories and research assistants will be provided in accordance with the development and demand.

    (3) SJTU will help talents out with spouse’s job and children’s entrance into SJTU affiliated kindergarten, primary school and secondary school.

    (4) SJTU will provide good medical care for talents relying on the rich medical resources of SJTU’s 13 affiliated hospitals.

    (5) SJTU will provide fully furnished Teachers’ Apartments at a preferential rent.
